We started with pastries handmade by Lois and Lloyd Martin inside of a garage and we have boomed into a multi-facility company where our many products are produced by machines and shipped domestically and internationally. This part-time position will travel in your own vehicle to several locations and work between 12-16 hours a week:

Sunday: 10am - 2pm

Wednesday: 10am-2pm

Saturday 2pm - 6pm

Scheduled days/ hours may change based on the needs of the business

Pay rate: $16.20/ hour and increases after 3 months

Summary: As a member of the Martin's Family, the Part-Time Sales Stock Clerk helps t o organize and maintain Martin’s designated shelf space of assigned area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintain sufficient stock on shelves in assigned area.

Maintain the stock area in a neat and orderly fashion.

Maintain sufficient stock on the display s in the stores.

Rotate shelf stock appropriately.

Notify sales rep of any issues encountered during processing.

Communicate effectively with store manager and sales rep.

Apply price stickers to product if needed and set up displays if requested by route salesmen .

Adheres to safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or GED;

One to three months’ related experience and/or training; or

Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Mush have reliable transportation

Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
