The Blueprint (Role Profile)The Production Associate works in a variety of work cells testing, assembling, and packaging products for shipment. This opportunity is for 1st shift, working 10-hour days Monday through Thursday.The Build (Responsibilities)Operate equipment used in the testing, assembly, and packaging of chain or forge parts.

Proficiently operate the required number of machines for the designated work area.

Make proper adjustments to machines to run efficiently and to maintain high quality, including using gauges and visual checks.

Cross-trained to operate numerous pieces of equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance on equipment when required.

Move material to and from work area.

Adhere to company policies and procedures to produce a quality product, including reporting non-conforming materials.

Report unusual conditions or questionable items to team lead or supervisor.

Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.

Keep work area clean and orderly.

Maintain accurate records as required.

Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by a team lead or supervisor.The Toolbox (Qualifications)High school diploma or GED.

Minimum 1 year of similar work experience.

Able to work overtime hours (more than 40 hours per week) including Fridays as required.

Stand and walk continuously for up to 10 hours.

Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
