About Me: I am a landlord with 70+ units looking for someone to assist with maintenance and tenant turnover. I am not expecting you to be highly skilled but some skills would be a benefit. Most properties are located within a 3-mile radius of downtown York.
Job Description: As a General Laborer, you will work directly with me and will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to property maintenance and improvement. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Assisting with property repairs and renovations
Performing routine maintenance tasks (e.g., painting, yard cleanup)
Cleaning and preparing job sites
Loading and unloading materials
Mixing concrete
Digging fence post holes
Demo
Apartment Cleanouts
Qualifications:
Previous experience in general labor or construction preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication skills
Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
Details:
Competitive pay
About 12-20 hours a week spread over 2-3 days
We will negotiate which days work best for both of us
Most days I like to start between 1-2 pm and work until 8-9 pm
