Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
We are seeking a Maintenance and Rehab Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be capable of both leading and working alongside a small team of 2–4 technicians. This is a hands-on role that involves overseeing and assisting with a variety of maintenance and property improvement tasks.
Duties may include:
Landscaping
Snow removal
Painting
Flooring
Electrical repairs
Plumbing repairs
HVAC troubleshooting
Other maintenance-related work as needed
