RECENT RETIREES, or looking for extra steady income, mostly flexible hours. Large farm property, home and old farmhouse (100 acres)- approximately 15-20 hours a week - Knowledge/experience in using basic farm and landscaping equipment, tools provided for maintenance and minor repairs. Previous experience in use of tractor and PTO accessories is desired. Experience with zero turn mower desirerable. Duties may include spraying, trimming, planting, mowing and some string trimming; stone, concrete, plumbing and light carpentry projects to be done with owner. Must be able to work unsupervised, but also willing to take supervision. Occasional lifting 50 lbs. Pay negotiable and commensurate with experience.
