CHEF WANTED FOR NEW CONCEPT

We’re looking for a professional chef who’s creative, thinks outside the box and likes challenging ideas. Chef will develop the full menu integrating unique flavors ( South American flavors and notes ) think Argentina , Peru , Brazil, Los Andes , Chile etc infused with other cultures. Chef must be creative to successfully mix all those flavors and turn them into the new American infused concept , we will be offering tapas , full kitchen, cocktails and live entertainment, this is why chef needs to be extra creative to match the atmosphere with his creativity and culinary qualities.

Chef must have an open mind and be willing to explore further into the culinary possibilities, looking for a team player.

Chef will manage cost, payroll and will minimize waste , chef will price out every dish to successfully achieve the financial goals, chef will manage all kitchen staff focusing on employee retention! There’s more to be discussed but we offer competitive salary ( Restaurant will only open 46 hours a week ) M-Sun brunch 10-2 Chef is responsible for strategically scheduling all kitchen staff , Chef will work in average 40 50hours in 5 day week , chef will be in charge of inventory management, purchasing food and supplies for the kitchen / BOH. We also have a 10% left on this project available in the future if chef is interested in investing, we will have bonuses based on earnings that results from chefs amazing management skills ,price and quality control , etc if you are that person, reply to this post, let’s talk.
