High volume ($3 MM + annual sales) casual fine-dining restaurant seeks professional and service driven individual to lead a very qualified and dedicated staff. Providing unapparelled service to our customers is the highest priority. We seek a person who is dedicated to developing a highly skilled staff. Candidate(s) must have at least 2 years proven experience in a similar employment and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field of study. Command of Microsoft Office Excel and Word is necessary. Candidate(s) must be able to demonstrate proficiency with a touch-screen POS system, Open Table reservation, Hot Schedules (or comparable scheduling) software. Knowledge of mixology and wines is a MUST.
