We are a local Property Management Company with rental properties in RI and nearby MA.
We are looking for a reliable person to work as a Maintenance Worker. This is consistent year round work, inside and outside.
Typical work for the position:
1. Cleaning - cleaning apartments after tenants move out and preparing them for new tenants.
2. Landscaping and snow removal - operating a lawnmower, string trimmer, leaf blower, rake and shovel. Fall cleanups. Shoveling snow. Applying ice melt.
3. Interior painting.
4. Moving appliances into and out of apartments.
5. Light renovations and other projects.
Must have:
1. Valid drivers license, car, cell phone.
2. Must be able to drive to different locations throughout RI and nearby MA.
3. Must speak English.
Good opportunity for entry level or with a few years of experience. Willing to train the right person.
