Property Management Maintenance Tech
Typical work:
1. Cleaning - cleaning apartments after tenants move out and preparing them for new tenants.
2. Landscaping - operating a lawnmower, string trimmer, leaf blower, rake and shovel. Raking leaves. Shoveling snow. Applying ice melt.
3. Interior painting.
4. Moving appliances into and out of apartments.
5. Assist with remodeling and other projects.
Must have:
1. Valid drivers license, car, cell phone.
2. Must be able to drive to different locations throughout RI and nearby MA.
3. Must be able to speak English.
Pay is based on experience level.
Experience level: Willing to train the right person. Experience with landscaping, painting, remodeling, or construction is a plus.
