Temporary position to permanent via US Temp Agency, inc.
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
GENERAL: Assisting a medical manufacturing in sales department using phone most of the day. Clerical duties involved such as filing, copying, scanning, answering phone calls, assisting with daily operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Data Entry
- Phone sales
- Answer inbound telephone calls and forward to appropriate personnel
- Perform all other office tasks
- Assist customers with order placing
- Customer service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Phone skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excel, Word, typing math skills
- Marketing a plus
