Baird Properties, LLC is seeking a Property Manager with the following experience: Collections of rents, mortgage and escrows, Quickbooks, permitting, residential and commercial leases. This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities include working closely with real estate developer, light bookkeeping, preparing residential and commercial leases, lease renewals. Candidate must possess good organizational skills, the ability to work as a team and multi-task. Ideally looking for someone with these skills who could begin immediately.
