Motta Landscaping has been providing residential landscape, hardscape and snow management services in Foxboro and the surrounding areas since 2002. Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we have an opening for a full-time Landscape Crew Leader.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily with Operations Manager to plan scheduled services
- Delegate job tasks to appropriate crew members to successfully complete projects
- Provide hands-on leadership needed to exceed our customer’s expectations
- Engage with team to promote compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
- Oversee and train team members to ensure landscape procedures and proper use of tools is followed
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape projects
- Must be dependable, well-organized, have a positive attitude and work well with others
- Valid driver’s license and medical DOT card or ability to obtain one
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
