Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Responding to customer enquiries on the phone or via emailScheduling of appointments with relevant medical specialistMaintaining busy mailboxes, including responding to queries in a timely manner, booking appointments and other services servicesProviding administrative and operational support to medical specialistsProviding information and advice to customers, or potential customersUndertaking other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Operations Manager, including reception duties,  uploading dictation, invoicing and supporting the greater team in general
