From concept to detailed design, engineering and project management for execution and commissioning phases, as well as decommissioning and closure of existing operations.Our broad global and collaborative approach assists the industry as it faces new challenges in greenfield and brownfield mining and minerals processing, and we are supporting our clients on their journey to achieving net zero emissions.We are currently seeking a Group Lead for our South Australian operation, based in our Adelaide office.The Role:This is a client facing leadership role which requires exceptional communication skills and market presence.   Working in a fast paced and rewarding environment, the Group Lead – Resources and Industrial will be responsible for:Supporting the implementation of the Business Line and ANZ strategy by effectively leading changeLeading business development opportunities for the region’s business with a focus on growing specific market sectors and thinking and acting globally where appropriateIdentifying and developing new service offerings, and ensuring the business is responsive and sensitive to market conditions and client expectations.Leading the positioning and winning of major projects and strategic core projects to increase the team’s capture rateIdentifying and supporting the attraction of key talent to strengthen and grow our teamsDeveloping the leadership capability of Team Leaders & support Industry Directors to fully leverage their experience/capability.
