You'll be a key part role in the overall hotel experience, ensuring our guests feel welcome, well cared for, and delighted from check-in to check-out, while also assisting within food and beverage operations.Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmthAssist with food and beverage service in our cafĂ©, bar, or during in-room diningProvide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptlyDeliver orders, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the F&B areaSet up and pack down breakfast or function areas as requiredCoordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are metProcess payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest recordsShift Details (subject to change):Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday Shift times scheduled within 7:00am to 11:00pmImmediate start available
