We are seeking a part-time Commis Chef to join our team and provide efficient, friendly and professional food to all of our lounge guests. We have an opportunity available in our al la carte & buffet environments and brand new production kitchen!All of our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for providing the highest quality of food.Trade qualification in Cookery and experience in a similar roleDetail-focused with the ability to deliver consistently high-quality food under pressureExperience & knowledge of mass production and large volumes of foodAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of a wide range of cooking methods and techniquesTime management skills with the ability to multitask  Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team membersFlexible availability to work a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, weekends and public holidays
