We are looking for two Supervisors who will conduct Shift-based supervision and safety oversight of our Adelaide Airport Into-Plane (ITP) Operations. You will support the Operations Manager in the promotion of Viva Energy Culture, Behaviours and Values and the delivery of safe, compliant, effective and financially efficient ITP services. This role involves leadership of a team of Aircraft Refuellers, including conducting performance management, coaching and development to ensure consistent service delivery.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for End-to-End management of Operational requirements on a given workdayManage a team of all direct reports, including but not limited to; ensuring HSSE, training and compliance requirements are effectively managedMaintain and improve team engagement and enablement, coaching and development of ITP personnel, performance management, and assist in recruitment activitiesResponsible for promotion of positive and inclusive culture through a range of communication and team engagement strategies.Responsible for the promotion of Viva Energy behaviours and Values by applying strong proven leadership skillsManage HSSE requirements to the highest level, including but not limited to; Incident Investigation, injury management, early intervention, return to work, maintain HSSE KPI’s and Self Assurance requirements, and training complianceResponsible for an individual portfolio of deliverables as part of overall team deliverablesResponsible for a range of administration duties, including regular reporting, analytical data, investigations etc. as required as part of the ITP businessMaintain customer focus, including but not limited to; stakeholder relationship management, JFI reporting, delivering to Airline expectations and service level agreements, and managing 3rd Party ITP Suppliers
