Job Title: Debris MonitorJob DescriptionCandidates will be driving around following a utility truck and documenting the items placed onto the utility truck. This is part of a recovery effort from Hurricane Helene. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and pass an MVR check. They should also have the ability to operate a smartphone app and be willing to use their own smartphone and data for work.Responsibilities

Drive around following a utility truck.

Document the items placed onto the utility truck.

Use a smartphone app to record documentation.

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.

Maintain self-discipline and attendance.

Essential Skills

Valid driver's license.

Proof of insurance.

Ability to pass an MVR check.

Ability to operate a smartphone app.

Ownership of a smartphone and willingness to use personal data for work.

You will gain valuable experience in disaster recovery operations, work in a dynamic environment, and make a tangible difference in the community.Work EnvironmentYou will be working 12-hour days (6am-6pm, most likely) and can work up to 7 days per week, but must be available for at least six 12-hour days. A 30-minute lunch break will be provided in the field, and you should bring your own drinks, snacks, and cooler lunch for the day. The job involves spending the entire day in the car following the utility truck and documenting the items loaded onto the truck. The attire required includes long pants (jeans are fine) and closed-toed shoes. Layers are advisable as it is cool in the morning and warm in the afternoon.
