Specific Responsibilities:Enter and audit daily timecard and payroll records in ADP Workforce NowEnsure payroll accuracy & complianceResolve payroll discrepanciesCoordinate and process new hire paperwork and assist in facilitating onboarding experienceProcess monthly union benefit and pension contributionsFacilitate and track mandatory training (harassment prevention, customer service and Title VI)Maintain training records & documentationAssist with scheduling based on bids/seniorityProvide general administrative support Rate: $32.00 - $36.00 / hour (DOE)
