The Lead, Field Sales at foodpanda is pivotal to our commercial growth and market expansion. Reporting to the Group Field Sales Lead, this role offers a unique perspective on our operations, encompassing commercial strategies and operational activities.Sales Leadership: Guide Field Sales Representatives toward exponential partner acquisition, sales data management, market and competitor analysis, and lead generation.Account Management: Work closely with the commercial account management team for promotional deals, partner rewards, and strategic partner promotions to enhance market presence.Growth Marketing: Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand presence in the city, leverage local influencers for targeted reach, cultivate partner brand pride, and foster customer brand love/loyalty. Ensure continued revenue growth from newly acquired partners within the State.Based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah with required regional travel.Combines office-based strategy with field operations for a dynamic work environment.
