Job descriptionWe have a position available for an Account Manager in Bloemfontein to generate and maintain the growth of Experian clients. The successful individual will be required to travel to clients on a daily basis and ensure superior customer service and promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client/company relationship. What you’ll need to bring to the party Sales ability-evident by their proven ability to reach and exceed sales targets Outstanding communication skills-Ability to find cross and upsell opportunities in a varied client base and deliver consistent product sets that strengthen the brand in the SME market in the South Africa and the candidate needs to be able to effectively position Experian as a primary bureau partner to any new opportunities they may unearth. Exceptional organisational and planning skills Knowledge of the National Credit Act and can sell solutions that are reasonably within the boundaries set out by the NCA and POPI Act. Facilitation / coaching skills Effective administrative skills Team player Self starter who is able to analyze difficult problems on the run, and who is able to find cost effective solutions for clients and their needs across a diversified client portfolio.
