This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and optimize industrial processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.Conduct time studies and method analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in assembly methods and workflows.Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute process improvement initiatives.Monitor production metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve overall performance.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all industrial processes.Assist in layout planning and workflow optimization within the facility.Qualifications and Experience:A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.A minimum of 2 years of work experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.Strong knowledge of time study techniques, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.Experience with assembly methods and a good understanding of production workflows.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software relevant to industrial engineering.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
