Your ImpactAs FP&A Controller, you will be responsible for delivering financial insights and supporting strategic planning across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, analyze, and continuously improve monthly and quarterly management reporting packages.Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and provide actionable recommendations.Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis processes.Deliver financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.Partner closely with business leaders, providing meaningful insights and data-driven recommendations.Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve business performance.Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and key business drivers.Contribute to long-term financial planning and performance optimization initiatives.Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and other international stakeholders across the organization.
