- Identification of opportunities followed with project execution to meet the agreed targets with clients- LEAN Six Sigma Project execution and mentoring- Adherence to internal protocol around project identification, execution etc. through design thinking workshops, due-diligence, blueprinting activities etc. keeping in mind improving straight through processing etc.- Conduct Lean Six Sigma trainings
