This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on work and independent problem-solving, making it an ideal fit for a passionate engineering enthusiast. Role and Responsibilities:Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives.Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations.Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs.Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes.Conduct installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as required.Provide comprehensive training to customers on the operations and maintenance of our systems.Maintain accurate and detailed field reports to guide administrative follow-up procedures.Willing to travel abroad for at least 80% of the time, based on a flexible schedule. This means it could be also during weekends or in holiday seasons.
