The Service Reliability Manager is a strategic role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire lifecycle of the organisation's IT environments. Key responsibilities include:Oversee non-production IT environments, ensuring stability and reliability.Manage environment lifecycle, including provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning.Enforce environment governance policies for usage, access control, and data management.Ensure environment readiness and alignment with release schedules.Coordinate environment-related requests and mediate competing priorities.Communicate with stakeholders to meet project requirements and support strategic objectives.Act as gatekeeper for environment access and deployment approvals.Collaborate with SRE and Incident Management to define and maintain SLOs, SLAs, and SLIs.Drive automation of environment provisioning and configuration.
