As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:Manage the recruitment process, from posting job openings to hiring.Create job descriptions aligned with role requirements.Search for and connect with potential candidates using various resources like social media, job boards, and networking.Build solid candidate pipelines by identifying and engaging potential talent.Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process.Keep recruitment databases organized and up to date to support hiring decisions.Assist in monitoring recruitment activities and exploring ways to improve processes. What we’re looking for:1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or at an agency.Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or similar platforms.Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.A proactive and creative approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
