We currently have an immediate opening for an Assistant Property Manager at our North Charleston properties. This is a unique opportunity as it gives you multi-site experience and the opportunity for growth. The successful candidate will have experience in the multi-family industry and be responsible for assisting the Manager in effectively managing the property while assuming Property Manager responsibilities in the absence of the manager. Were looking for a professional who can take the initiative and help anticipate problems before they occur. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with tenants, visitors and anyone else he or she encounters on the job.
