Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market. This role requires a customer-centric approach, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a defined territory, leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, utilizing market research and sales analytics to drive results.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends, incorporating this knowledge into sales strategies and presentations.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Travel to meetings, conferences, and other events, as required.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

- Ability to work in an outside sales environment, with a focus on prospecting and closing deals.

-NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS, Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients in multiple languages.

- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
