We are in need of an experienced customer service representative who can casually converse with customers in a friendly manner, and who inspires trust and confidence while getting the necessary information to meet the customers' needs. Dispatching is a key function of this position, therefore the preferred candidate will posses an in-depth knowledge of the area. Hours include weekdays only, no weekends and no holidays!
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative duties including but not limited to: answering incoming telephone calls, returning calls from customers, preparing work orders, scheduling appointments, filing, providing outstanding customer service and support, and maintaining a high level of professionalism with every customer contact.
Qualifications and Experience:
3+ years customer service experience preferred;
2+ years administrative experience preferred;
Collections experience is a bonus!
Outstanding customer service skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Must be organized and able to prioritize issues as they arise;
Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic;
Must consistently use good judgement;
Must possess the ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instruction;
General computer proficiency required as well as the ability to operate a multi-line telephone.
Job requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent;
Friendly, conversational and engaging phone presence;
Reliable transportation;
Ability to multi-task;
Ability to work well with staff and management;
Familiarity with the greater Charleston area (Roads, neighborhoods, zip codes,etc)
