Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in/out guests efficiently and professionally.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries via phone and in person.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process payments, manage cash, and handle billing transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Proficiency in using reservation and booking systems is a plus.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
