This is a great opportunity to work at Low Country Volkswagen which is one of the Premier Volkswagen dealerships in South Carolina. We have been in business for over 25 years and are located in the heart of Mount Pleasant. We are looking for an outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team!
We need to hire a Receptionist / Sales Assistant who will be responsible for inbound phone calls and a high volume of e-mail correspondence, checking e-mail frequently and responding to inquiries as well as assisting the Sales Management Team with their daily activities including contacting clients via telephone and email. Your conversation or email will consist of providing product knowledge, availability, pricing and answering any other questions with the goal of setting an appointment here at dealership. We have a computer software system that allows all to be tracked and completed in an organized way.

Responsibilities will include the following:
Politely answering phone calls
Assisting the Sales Staff
Directing clients to product information resources
Handling all Internet sales inquiries personally
Setting and confirming appointments for Sales Team
Maintaining a clean and organized showroom
Qualifications/Requirements – Receptionist / Sales Assistant:
Must be reliable and flexible with schedule.
Must dress professionally.
Must be able to speak clearly and follow directions.
Must be pleasant
Must have good computer skills
Must be self-motivated and energetic
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
Positive and hardworking personality
Bilingual preferred
