Intouch Language, Inc. is hiring home-based ESL Instructors to teach English one-on-one with students via phone and video conferencing. The majority of the students are Korean, and each class will last from ten to twenty minutes.
Work Hours:
1. AM shift: 7 am 11 am ET
(Hours are shifted one hour back outside of Daylight Savings Time)
2. PM shift: 4 pm 8 pm ET (Hours are shifted one hour back outside of Daylight Savings Time.)
Applicants can choose either one or both shifts.
Compensation will be based on hourly rates, the number of classes and quality of instruction, with adjustments made for missed classes. The compensation can be up to $14 hr.
Interviews and training will be done on Skype.
Requirements:
Must have high-speed internet access at home
College graduate from an accredited university
Native English Speaker (Completion of elementary and secondary education in English only)
Teaching experience, or a background in education, is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and internet skills
Flexible, responsible and enthusiastic personality
Must have a standard American English accent with no discernible regional accent
