Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.The RoleAs the Chief of Staff for IT & Engineering, you will be the linchpin that ensures strategic alignment and operational excellence within the department. Your role will be multifaceted, involving strategic planning, project management, and executive support to ensure the smooth operation of IT and Engineering initiatives.The Main Responsibilities Assist in developing and refining the IT & Engineering strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s objectives. Ensure alignment, program management and execution of North Star change imperatives. Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP CIO and senior IT & Engineering leaders, providing insights and analysis to inform decision-making. Utilize critical thinking and needs assessment skills to analyze, problem-solve, and anticipate needs. Streamline operations and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the IT & Engineering teams. Facilitate communication between the IT & Engineering department and other business units, as well as external stakeholders. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Ensure confidentiality with sensitive topics and initiatives. Facilitate daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders. Assist in preparing and synthesizing reports, presentations, and communications for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones.What We Look For in a Candidate Bachelor’s degree in business operations, or related field 10+ years of related experience 5+ years management experience Recognizable as a leader by possessing outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, or executive support role within an IT or Engineering environment. Familiarity with the technology sector and current industry trends. Adept at working and navigating diverse cultures, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment. Strategic thinker and planner with the ability to translate strategy to tactics and drive operational details. Ability to guide without direct authority, persuading and motivating others to achieve common objectives. Comfortable using modern technology and software to enhance efficiency, including project management tools and digital communication platforms.CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
