We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Controller is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing leadership and direction. The Controller will have direct management responsibilities include: planning, organizing, budgeting, controlling and directing, and cost/benefit analysis. Other responsibilities include general finance functions (to include monthly financial reporting and all associated analysis and to provide any and all needed financial analysis to management team to aid their decision making.What qualifications you will need:Licensure/Certification/Registration:CPA PreferredEducation:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in accounting required.
A Masters degree in Business, advanced membership and certification in HFMA or CPA certification is desirable, but not required. Experience may substitute for post-graduate education.
Experience:
5+ years of Financial Accounting Experience
2.4+ Years of Progressive Leadership Experience within the healthcare industry3.HCA experience strongly preferred
Highly desirable for the Controller to be willing to relocate within the HCA system
Performs in accordance with delineated job responsibilities and satisfactorily completes a yearly evaluation
