Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Design Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing website design projects from concept to completion. The Website Design Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the visual appeal, usability, and overall user experience of our digital platforms. Responsibilities : Project Leadership:

Lead and manage the end-to-end website design process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing professionals, to achieve project goals.

Balance direct client service with team management embracing a player/coach mentality.

Design Strategy:

Develop and implement a cohesive design strategy aligned with the organization's overall brand and business objectives.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging design technologies to maintain a cutting-edge digital presence.

Own project estimation and scope creation aiding in all stakes of project delivery.

Team Management:

Supervise and mentor a team of talented designers, providing guidance and support to foster creativity and professional growth.

Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and resources.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough quality checks on design deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards of visual appeal, functionality, and user experience.

Implement best practices in design processes and workflows to optimize efficiency.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs.

Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and content creators to integrate design elements seamlessly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Website Design Manager or a similar role in web design and development.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful website design projects.

In-depth knowledge of design software, wireframing tools, and emerging design trends.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.
