BASIC FUNCTIONSOperates industrial equipment (forklift, tugger, electric pallet jacks), ships, receives and delivers material to product lines on an hourly basis (or faster). You will be required to display a high level of associate involvement and teamwork to provide continuous improvement ideas and demonstrate strong customer focus.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES ( denotes essential functions as defined by ADA)Operates industrial equipment (forklift, tugger, electric pallet jacks), ships, receives and delivers material to product lines on an hourly basis (or faster).Uses systems to prepare and send final products to customers.Meet daily production goals and understand cycle time requirementsFollow plant safety and environmental policies, and keep work areas clean and orderly Conduct inventory and component inspections and/or audit to specification, as requiredMaintain charts, logbooks, databases, as requiredPerform and maintain accurate finished goods traceabilityMaintains Visual Management Boards, databases and other miscellaneous records required.Informs and works with appropriate associates to resolve any issue with equipment, components or systems.Identifies, counts, transfers, and store components using current inventory systems.  REPORTING RELATIONSHIPThis position reports to First Line Manager.INTERACTIONThis position interacts with various carriers, suppliers, and customers as well as other internal departments.
