Responsibilities:
- Be reliable, on time and ready to work!
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- meal preparation and plating as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Skills:
- Previous experience in food service or as a grill cook is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives
