We are looking for PT/FT Barista's for our Cafe. Our Ideal applicants are responsible, hard-working, possess coffee knowledge, and a strong passion to learn more. We are looking for service-oriented individuals who can balance making a great latte while providing exceptional experiences for the people who come into our restaurant. While working the espresso machine, you also have a register to run. This would include taking to go orders, and selling cafe drinks and pastries to those who are waiting to be seated or are stopping in for a quick pick up. This gives you the opportunity to make more in tips.
Our hours of operation are 8am-3pm during the week and 8am-4pm on the weekends.
Key Responsibilities include:
Prepare hot and cold espresso drinks in accordance with company standards and customer needs
Maintain a clean work area
Engage authentically with staff and guests
Provide excellent customer service
You must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
