Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized facility
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent
customer service.
-Ability to work a rotating schedule that is fair to all employees.
-Must be comfortable working in a smoking environment.
-Light cooking (Fried foods/wings) when cook is not on shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not
required. Will train the right motivated candidate.
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
