Minero Mexican Grill and Cantina on Johns Island is hiring a part-time Bartender with weekend availability!
Minero is a lively, casual Mexican Grill and Cantina located in the heart of Johns Island in Charleston, SC, operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House and Minero). James Beard Award-nominated Chef Shamil Velazquez will honor Mexico's culinary traditions while weaving in inspiration from the culinary South.
We are seeking those who enjoy working alongside a team of hospitality professionals. Those who are confident, engaging, and enjoy learning about and sharing knowledge of food and beverage with others.
The Minero Bartender is:
Experienced and comfortable bartending in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
Knowledgeable of craft cocktail preparation (juices, syrups + modifiers are all made in house)
Detail-oriented and works proactively with a sense of urgency, while possessing excellent communication skills
