Mount Pleasant Catering Company is looking for a morning Catering cook/ Sandwich Artist
What we are looking for:
Skilled Team Player with a positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Catering Experience a Plus but not necessary
Must have worked in a kitchen 2+ years, have good knife skills
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Set up and break down workstation
Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables & more
Label & Date inventory and all ingredients
We are looking to fill a position Monday - Friday ( Some weekend rotations) 5 or 6 am to 1or 2 pm
Some weekend shift may be required based on event schedule
main job responsibility is our cold production Sandwich/ Wrap Station or Salad Cold Food Prep Station plus catering prep
