The Watch Rooftop Restaurant is seeking a PM cooks with flexible availability and must work weekends
Specific Requirements:
Must Have Sunday Availability
- Must be Punctual and on time dressed and ready to work at stat of shift
- Ability to work both independently and as an team
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, written communication and organizational skills.
- Maturity and sensitivity to cultural and individual differences of the homeless population.
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor while exercising judgment and discretion in work.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions when being taught
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure
manuals, recipes, menus, warning labels, packing slips and supply orders.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds including heavy stock.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to cover other shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to respond calmly and effectively in a crisis situation.
- Ability to work cooperatively with co workers
