Operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, The James, Marbled & Fin), Minero pays tribute to Mexico’s rich culinary heritage while infusing the vibrant flavors and traditions of the American South.
Who We're Looking For:
You are passionate, professional, and committed to teamwork—someone who thrives in a high-performing kitchen and brings energy to every service. This is an opportunity to work in a chef-driven kitchen committed to quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and basic components according to recipes and prep lists
Wash, chop, portion, label, and store food items following safety standards
Assist line cooks and chefs in preparing for service
Maintain a clean and organized prep station and kitchen environment
Support daily cleaning and closing procedures
Follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures consistently
What You'll Bring:
1+ year of experience in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen
Reliable, focused, and eager to learn
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
