Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Team Lead and/or Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating stunning outdoor environments.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage landscape projects from start to finish
-Supervise and lead a team of landscapers and laborers
-Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
-Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
-Plan and execute landscape designs, including planting, hardscaping, and irrigation
-Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
-Train and mentor team members
-Ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites
Qualifications:
-Experience as a Landscape Foreman or similar role
-Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
-Organizational and time-management skills
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
-Certification in landscaping or horticulture is a plus
