Job Title: Moving Manager at Liberty Pro Moving LLC

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the moving process
- Pack and load moving trucks efficiently and securely
- Break down beds and furniture, and wrap them in moving blankets to prevent damage during transit
- Lead and supervise moving crews and helpers
- Assist clients in signing contracts and forms, and handle payments and invoices
- Demonstrate strong organizational and logistical skills
- Follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the moving industry
- Valid driver's license
- Pick-up truck in good running condition
- Proof of insurance
- Own tools for breaking down furniture
- Proof of moving equipment (preferred but not required)
Compensation:
- Pay: $20 - 25 per hour
Additional Opportunity:
If you excel in your role and successfully grow our business in an area where we do not currently have a manager, you will have the opportunity to become a franchise partner. As a franchise partner, you can earn 0.5-3% of the revenue generated in the city you manage. For example, in the Atlanta Area, where we billed $1.5 million last year with a net of $850k, you could earn up to $25.5k based on 3% of the revenue.
