Requirements: Prefer to have someone with some experience of exterior home cleaning.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring streak-free, spotless, and clean windows.
Physical Stamina: Standing for extended periods, and handling the physical demands of the job.
Time Management: Efficiently plan and complete window cleaning tasks within deadlines.
Customer Service: Good communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients.
Equipment Operation: Familiarity with and ability to operate various window cleaning tools and equipment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address window cleaning challenges or difficult-to-reach windows.
Reliable and Punctual: Dependable and punctual for scheduled appointments.
Adaptability: Willingness to work in different weather conditions and adapt to various window types and sizes.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, especially when working on larger projects.
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a telephone
Must be drug and alcohol free
Must be presentable and professional in appearance
Must be available Monday-Saturday during business hours (7:30AM-5:00PM)
Must be physically capable to carry/climb up to a 32ft ladder
