What You’ll Do
Represent nonprofit partners at live events, outdoor retail locations, and pop-up booths
Engage with the public, share impactful stories, and encourage charitable donations
Walk donors through the sign-up and giving process with empathy and confidence
Track your outreach and fundraising results and participate in regular team feedback sessions
Attend weekly training to develop your communication, sales, and leadership skills
Work Environment & Schedule
Full-time schedule: 5 days per week, including some weekends
In-person, event-based role with frequent travel to busy retail or community locations
Active, face-to-face interaction with dozens of potential donors daily
Outdoor and fast-paced environment
Compensation
Independent Contractor (1099)
Commission-only with weekly payouts
Average earnings: $650–$800+/week
Uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses
