We are seeking skilled Aviation Assembly Technicians for a contract position with an aircraft manufacturer. The role involves performing routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems.
New grads of an Aeronautical program or those with equivalent industry experience are encouraged to apply.
1+ years of experience reading blueprints and following detailed work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble aircraft structural parts and systems using manual operations.
Fabricate and assemble components using conventional lathe, milling, and precision measuring tools.
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
Use power, pneumatic, and hand tools safely.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Capable of using high-impact tools, such as riveting and drilling equipment.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Aeronautical program graduates or those with equivalent industry experience are encouraged to apply.
1+ years of experience reading blueprints and following detailed work instructions.
Experience with aircraft structural assembly and tools.
Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.
Ability to lift 10-35 lbs. and work with high-hazard chemicals.
Strong work ethic, communication skills, and safety adherence required.
