Warehouse associate

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for assisting in both the receiving and shipping of aircraft parts and supplies to locations both domestically and internationally. On the job training will be provided and the warehouse is a clean environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

 Pack aircraft parts for domestic or international shipment in accordance with company policy or applicable regulations.

 Prepare export or import documentation in accordance with company policy or applicable regulations.

 Maintain a high level of organization and be able recognize and prioritize any critical tasks.

 Prepare/handle hazmat shipments in accordance with all applicable regulations

 Maintain/monitor current stock of shipping supplies.

 Assist with local supply chain duties, which may include but is not limited to receiving parts, shipping parts, inventory control, and warehouse organization.

Required Education and Experience:

 Experience using Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

 High School Diploma or equivalent

Interpersonal Skills:

 Strong communication skills

 Ability to make logical decisions.

 Ability to work productively alone or with little supervision

 Ability to follow detailed instructions or SOPs

Physical Requirements:

 Incumbent is required to be able to lift a up to 40 Lbs. unassisted, heavier weights will have assistance.

 Incumbent will likely be standing or walking the majority of a shift
